What this site collects, and why.
Short version: analytics so we know which pages are useful, and whatever you choose to send us. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers.
What we collect
- Analytics
- We use Azure Application Insights to record page views, time on page, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type, and JavaScript errors. This tells us which pages are worth keeping.
- Things you send us
- If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, optional company, and your message. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Microsoft Bookings under Microsoft’s terms.
- Pilar conversations
- Messages you send to Pilar, our AI assistant, are processed to generate a reply and stored so the conversation keeps its context. Don’t put confidential or personal data into the chat.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you
- Contact form submissions are used to answer your enquiry and nothing else.
- To improve the site
- Analytics are aggregated. We look at trends, not individuals.
- Never to sell
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
- Analytics
- Retained under the default Application Insights retention window, then deleted automatically.
- Enquiries
- Kept while there is an active conversation and for our ordinary business records afterwards.
- Removal
- Email pablo@salvadoradvisory.com and we will delete what we hold about you.
